There are 4 beautifully furnished apartments housed within our south Knoxville quad-plex dwelling. Newly renovated and restored inside and out! We currently have 1 of them coming open soon! We will have a 1 BR available. Located in a quiet, up and coming, working class neighborhood just 3 miles from Neyland Stadium, Market Square and the Sunsphere! Also within 2-3 miles of South Press Coffee, Honey Bee Coffee, Dunkin Donuts and may other restaurants and breweries. ******No smoking and no pets are allowed****** The kitchens boast granite countertops, full sized glass top stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge and microwave, garbage disposal and deep basin sink/faucet). Kitchens also include your basic selection of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, drinkware and utensils. Other helpful items provided - single cup coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. The dining area is situated within the open living room space and seats 4 people. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed complete with night stands and a closet space for clothing and storage. Bedding and sheets are not provided and are the responsibility of the tenant. In the bathroom you will find a shower/tub combination, a single sink vanity (or a double if it is a 2 BR), and toilet. Towels are not provided, and are the responsibility of the tenant. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. The quad-plex entrance opens into a foyer area, where you'll find 2 apartment entrances downstairs and 2 upstairs. Both the front door to the quad-plex and the apartment doors are equipped with a keyless smart-lock door keypad. Each 2 bedroom apartment includes 2 assigned parking spaces, and each 1 bedroom apartment includes 1 parking space. These spaces are numbered according to the apartment (unit 4 parks in spaces marked with a 4). ***Tenant pays an additional $300 monthly to owner for utilities, wifi and landscaping ($225 utilities, $50 wifi, and $25 landscaping). A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee must also be collected before move in to cover the cleaning of the unit once your lease has ended.
