My wife and I have a house with a full separate apartment available for rent which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a kitchenette, a living room, and a patio with its own driveway and entrance. Appliances in the kitchenette include a fridge, a mini oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop plate with induction pans included. The apartment can be locked from the rest of the house. We are looking for a tenant to move in in August for a 12 month lease. If interested, DM me and we can figure out meeting / seeing the apt. The house is located in Historic Old North Knoxville, 7 minutes from campus (also bike-able) and 5 minutes from downtown Knoxville (adjacent to the 4th and Gill neighborhood.) We are asking $900 / month + a third of the utilities and a third of wifi costs each month. (Generally a third of utilities + internet comes out to $125 per month). Laundry is not included. The pics of the apartment are its current, clean, ready for move in, state. This is a great option for UTK students (or grad students) looking for a quiet, private apartment in a great neighborhood!
