This newly renovated basement is a fully furnished apartment for you to enjoy your stay while in the area! It is approximately 700 sq feet that includes a full kitchen, eat in kitchen area, living space, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The bathroom is a shower only but includes a washer and gas dryer.
This is downstairs to our residence but is completely separated by a set of stairs and a locked door for full privacy.
The unit is located on the backside of our home that faces a dead end street. There is very minimal traffic and you'll find our neighborhood is a great place to walk! Our place is very central to several desirable places to visit such as parks, shopping , downtown activities and several restaurants!
It is a quiet neighborhood & great for walking! It's very central to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Parks are also very close for those that enjoy outdoor activities! Two main highways intersect within 5 minutes of the rental and the Tricities airport is just a 10 minute drive!
