We offer unfurnished 2 bedroom apartment units (townhouse and flat styles) in North and South Johnson City from $1100-$1800 per month. We provide kitchen appliances, water, garbage and pest control. Each unit has a washer/dryer hook-up for a full size side-by-side W/D, but the W/D is not provided. Tenants must provide their own electricity through Brightridge, and their own cable/internet through Charter Spectrum, Brightridge Broadband, or their cell phone carrier. Tenants are also required to carry renters insurance. 3 person max occupancy. 12 month lease is required. It converts to a month to month lease without penalties upon renewal. Allowance for a shorter term lease is possible, but not guaranteed. Please contact us for options. We are not a part of any other organization that you may have previously completed an application through, and our application process is not run through advertisement affiliate sites. In order to reduce fraud risk, it is required to go through the application process that we have in place for our communities. We will provide more information on the full application process if you meet the preliminary screening requirements and decide to apply.
