We offer unfurnished 2 bedroom apartment units (townhouse and flat styles) in North and South Johnson City from $1100-$1800 per month. We provide kitchen appliances, water, garbage and pest control. Each unit has a washer/dryer hook-up for a full size side-by-side W/D, but the W/D is not provided.
Tenants must provide their own electricity through Brightridge, and their own cable/internet through Charter Spectrum, Brightridge Broadband, or their cell phone carrier. Tenants are also required to carry renters insurance.
3 person max occupancy. 12 month lease is required. It converts to a month to month lease without penalties upon renewal. Allowance for a shorter term lease is possible, but not guaranteed. Please contact us for options.
We are not a part of any other organization that you may have previously completed an application through, and our application process is not run through advertisement affiliate sites. In order to reduce fraud risk, it is required to go through the application process that we have in place for our communities. We will provide more information on the full application process if you meet the preliminary screening requirements and decide to apply. Incomplete preliminary screenings will not be considered for the application process. Submitting false information will nullify any agreements we have made with you. Please contact us for the free preliminary screening questionnaire, which we can do via email or by phone call.
If the FREE preliminary screening criteria is completed, we are happy to schedule a showing and proceed with the paper and online application process. Watch your email or text for screening questionnaire. We can also complete this via a phone call if you prefer. Fees described for the full application process are $65 , and they are not charged until later in the process if you decide to move forward.
Application requirements include a clean background check, a credit score of 680+, employment and income verification. We do a qualitative review of the credit report. So if the scores are lower than 680, as long as there are not negative trade lines, we may be able to grant approval.
