Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. We allow a maximum of two pets/service animals, and no cats or birds. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee.
