Violations of quiet hours or occupancy limits will result in immediate removal from the property and a fine. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property; this violation will incur a $200 per day fee, plus extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Evidence of pet hair on furniture will incur an additional $75 deep clean fee. Undisclosed or unapproved pets will result in additional fines. Pets must be crated when left unattended and should not cause excessive noise. Dogs should not urinate or defecate inside the property; additional fines will apply for waste matter found indoors. The trusted partner does not guarantee the ability to ship left-behind items; a service fee plus shipping costs may apply if assistance is possible. Mail or packages are not allowed to be delivered to the property, and the trusted partner is not responsible for their receipt or whereabouts. Guests are asked to be patient regarding property maintenance requests, as repairs are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties.
