The Ashmont (our nickname) is a 2 acre country living in the heart of a Germantown. It has given our guests a like home, quiet, safe, access to everything over the years. We have had traveling businessmen, businesswomen, medical professionals, electricians, etc. The space, pool, pool house, covered patio, plenty of parking are just a few of the favorite things our guests have enjoyed. The 3 months min stay versus a year contract allows flexibility that may be needed, however, longer stay is available as well.
