The beautifully decorated space features a modern design with a gorgeous, stacked stone fireplace and a spiral staircase leading up to the second level loft with skylight. Curl up and read a book in the cozy window seat, or enjoy your favorite show on one of the 4 flat-screen smart TVs throughout the unit. Come, and enjoy the open year-round pool and hot tubs. Rain, sunshine, hot or cold, you are taken care of with pool and hot tub amenities with a temp-controlled room. Free street parking in front of the building. The Gatlinburg Summit complex is a gorgeous 4-mile drive from downtown and is the most picturesque setting in Gatlinburg. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park, or skiing at the amazing ski resort that sits right on the edge of the property. Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No parties or events are allowed. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies!
