We offer 3 clubhouse pools, tennis courts, and a fitness room. A pool pass is available for a $50 fee for replacement. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars, with additional parking available at the office located at 333 Ski Mountain Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Ideal for long-term stays, this home is a perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Pets and smoking are not permitted, ensuring a pristine environment for all guests. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. If a guest smokes anything in the property undisclosed to us, they will be subject to an additional fee of $1,000. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
