Each of the two charming cabin homes has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy amenities such as Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a fire pit, and chairs by the creek. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 for up to 2 dogs. Nestled in Cosby, TN, right on the boundary of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this cabin offers the perfect blend of peace, adventure, and convenience. Located just 20–25 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, you can enjoy a quiet mountain retreat while still having quick access to all the attractions downtown. The 321 cafe is located within walking distance of the cabin. The Greenbrier restaurant is a 24-minute drive away. All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control. Please do not leave trash or any food items laying outside of the cabin. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, with fees starting at $60. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants). A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, clothing storage, and a hair dryer.
