140 Ruth St Rental

We are renting out a room in a beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath 1800sqft single family home. This is a split level, and your space would be on the opposite side of the property, giving you plenty of privacy. All utilities are included for 1 person, but we would be happy to rent to two people for 1500 a month. This room includes a private ensuite and your own living room. The shared spaces are the laundry room and kitchen. You will have a separate fridge, microwave, air fryer, and individual stove top. My boyfriend and I are entirely gluten free, so to keep us safe we ask that you do not use the other appliances in the home. This rental is intended for travelers. We both work at UTMC Friday-Sunday, so you'll have the house to yourself for the day during the weekend. Two parking spaces are available, for you and a guest or if two people will be staying in the room, for your two vehicles. All linens, towels, cookware and dining ware are provided, as well as some basic seasonings, oil, etc. The room has a matching set of wooden nightstands, dresser, and a chest. The pictures will be updated when the current tenet has left. Your room will be the bottom left room on the floorplan. The room across is an unused guest room. That living room will also be yours, as our space is up a half level off of the kitchen.
