Twenty (20) pounds or less incur a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal and a monthly pet rent of $35 per animal (subject to applicable law). Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the house. Identification: We require you to show a valid government issued ID prior to completing the application and require a copy of your license or government issued ID upon approval, prior to signing the lease. Once approved, the holding/earnest deposit will be due within 48 hours in order to take the home off the market and hold it for you until the move-in date. The holding/earnest deposit is equivalent to one month rent and will be applied to the security deposit. Move-in date must be within 2 weeks of making the holding/earnest deposit.
