I work hard to make this a peaceful, board gaming, book reading, nature-loving, cozy kind of place to live, and I'm looking for a bedroom renter to become part of that. The house is 20 minutes from downtown Knox, 15 minutes from Oak Ridge, 10 minutes from shopping, and only 5 minutes from Haw Ridge Park. It sits on 3.5 acres of partially-wooded property so you don't even have to leave home to be surrounded by trees for a while. I offer credit to your next month's rent if you are able to care for the cats and smaller dog when I travel for work. This can happen as often as every month for up to a week at a time. There are 2 dogs (a german shepherd and a beagle/terrier mix), 2 cats (they are cats), and turtle and some fish already here. My dog training philosophy is force-free and fear-free, and I've worked hard to have dogs that are both a complete pleasure to live and play with. A previous renter brought their own kitten and we are able to get along just fine, so feel free to bring yours.
