The back patio is private and room for a grill and outdoor dining table. Upstairs you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms and closets and a conveniently located laundry. All hardwood and tile flooring. Enjoy 2 assigned parking spaces right outside your door. Washer and Dryer are provided! The first floor contains a half bath, open living room and kitchen, kitchen island with storage, pantry closet, utility closet, and storage under the staircase. All windows have faux wood blinds. The second floor has the laundry room, linen closet, 2 bedrooms, and a tiled shower. The upstairs bathroom is set up perfect for people sharing the rent! You only share the tiled shower (note: there is no bathtub). Each bedroom has its own vanity and toilet. Pets are welcome so long as they are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, flea, tick and heart worm prevention. $200 pet fee per pet. Security Deposit is $1500. Rent is $1365. One year lease is preferred. Tenant pays for all utilities except Trash. Property Management takes care of lawn, pest control, and garbage service. Please do not apply if you have prior evictions, low credit scores, criminal history, or several missed monthly payments on accounts. The application fee is non-refundable. Minimum requirements for tenant consideration: must fill out online application and provide proof on income/recent pay stubs -must not have any prior evictions or criminal record -credit scores are important but most important are that you haven't missed any/many monthly payments -every person 18 years old and older will be required to sign the Lease, apply online, and go through the criminal and credit checks -no co-signers -must not have any bills turned over to collections.
