Upon entering, you will find the living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. Two couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offer plenty of seating options. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need to settle in. Bedrooms one and two both have queen-sized beds, and bedroom three has two full beds. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the inside of this home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck. Guests will park in the driveway, accommodating up to 4 cars. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Enjoy nearby downtown favorites like Strawberry Ale Works and the McGregor Park RiverWalk, all within 3 miles. Major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are just a short drive away. This house can be found using any GPS navigation system. Uber and Lyft service the area if needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
