The Sage Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking, whether it be an RV or large vehicle. The backyard features a large patio, great for entertaining or sunbathing in the Tennessee heat! Step inside and experience the comfort of a beautifully redone farmhouse-style home. The living area features a fireplace. The dining room table can fit up to 8 people. In the carriage house, the living room and kitchen are open. There are two queen-size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, you will feel right at home. Driving is recommended, and there is ample room for parking in the driveway and the garage. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If any towels and linens are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. [SI]
