Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. The open concept main living space welcomes you with a living room featuring two sleeper sofas on the right and a fully equipped kitchen on the left. Beyond the kitchen, the dining room boasts an accent wall and mid-century modern vibes. Down the hallway, find the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two full beds. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The laundry room at the back of the house includes a half bath and access to the backyard, where a grill and picnic table await your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged accordingly. This transitioning neighborhood offers a family-friendly atmosphere, though some guests have expressed discomfort. We love our neighborhood and have never experienced security issues. For transportation, guests can park in designated gravel spots behind the house, and Uber and Lyft are readily available.
