The kitchen includes all regular appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, pots and pans, food processor, cutlery, dishes, and lots of glassware. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a private attached master bath with two vanities and a large walk-in shower. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower, tub, and vanity, and two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, both with flat-screen TVs and access to a shared porch. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed with a fee starting at $40 per pet per night, which increases based on hair or fur type. Safe and free parking is available for up to three cars. Located in the heart of downtown Southside Chattanooga, this home is steps away from the best restaurants and bars that the city has to offer. Southside Chattanooga is the best neighborhood for walking, fun, bars, and parks, and is only a short walk or quick shuttle to the larger downtown area. No smoking anywhere on the property and no unauthorized parties are allowed, which will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 minimum fine. Quiet hours inside are after 10 PM and outside after 9 PM, with fines applicable for violations.
