The unit has a front deck sitting area as well as a private back patio sitting area with a back yard area as well. This property has a new concrete driveway and parking area. The unit includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stovetop, refrigerator, as well as the laundry hookup for a washer and dryer (not included). The rent for the unit is $1200 per month and that includes garbage pickup, sewage, and water utilities. There is a nonrefundable $50 per month pet fee per each small cat/dog with a max of 2 pets in the unit. The size limit for any small cat and or dog is no more than 20 pounds.
