For this property you would have a lease from September 1, 2021 until March 13, 2022, the current units in our complex similar to ours are going for 1899 so you could at least lock in the apartment for 200 less at 1699 and renew your lease later anyway. It’s a great community, but we are forced to relocate for work. Our complex will let you take over our lease as is, so you would inherit our security deposit of $750.
