Guests have access to the upper and lower porches, full use of the billiard table with sitting area, back patio (not shaded), Living/Dinning/Kitchen areas, as well as full access to the 4+ acres of grounds. An outside campfire area is available upon request. Enjoy sitting on the upper porch to watch the sun come up or to watch it set. Although Benton is a "Dry" county, there are liquor stores within the city limits for your use. If you are coming to hunt, fish, or just enjoy the water, there is ample space to park your boat.
