The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary endeavors you wish to embark on. If you prefer a quiet night in, enjoy your favorite shows on the big Smart TV, already logged into Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. Useful things are readily available. Pets are welcome with a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander. A maximum of two pets or service animals are allowed, but no cats or birds. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds, and any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. The apartment is just down the street from all the events and restaurants you'll find downtown. The neighborhood is safe and eclectic and is less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol that straddles the line of Tennessee and Virginia. The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown, which is less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 7 am. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. The washer is currently out of order. [SI]
