This apartment is part of a converted home, divided into three separate living spaces, each with its own private entrance. This apartment features a full kitchen equipped with essential supplies and a living room featuring a smart TV. Soft towels and bedding are provided. Pets are welcome with a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. We allow a maximum of two pets/service animals, and no cats or birds. There will be additional fines for undisclosed/unapproved pets. The neighborhood is safe and eclectic, less than a mile from State Street, the downtown strip of Bristol that straddles the line of Tennessee and Virginia. The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown, which is less than a mile or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 7 am. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Pets should always be crated when left unattended inside the property.
