Pets are welcome with a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. A maximum of two pets are allowed, but no cats or birds. The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown, which is about a 15-minute walk at a leisurely pace. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 7 am. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee.
