The spacious bedroom provides ample room to unwind after a day of adventure. The apartment is furnished with everything guests need to relax after a day of exploring. Pets are welcome with a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. A maximum of two pets or service animals are allowed, but no cats or birds. With a variety of events and restaurants just a short stroll away, you’ll find plenty to explore during your stay. The neighborhood is safe and eclectic and is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol that straddles the line of Tennessee and Virginia. The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown, which is less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10pm and 8am. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Pets should always be crated when left unattended inside the property. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
