(5 ft (L) x 1.5 ft. (W)) We're seeking a kind and considerate roommate to share our home with. I will require a refundable deposit and first month's rent. Total move in cost is $1,800. I will return your deposit based on the conditions you leave the room and property. There is a $200 late rent fee. There is an application and background check cost of $49.99. I don’t get any of that money. It is for the software processing the application and background check. No need to apply until after you’ve seen the room. I have a house keeper that comes weekly, but she focuses on the common areas and my room. If you want them to clean your room, it will be $25. You will share a bathroom with a female and must be kept clean. You must buy your own toiletry and laundry soap. The house keeper can clean the bathroom for $25, you could go half with the other roommate. The common area is available 24/7 as long as we are respectful of one another and take care of it. We live in a strict HOA community and must comply with noise levels and exterior appearance. We cook our individual food and clean right after we finish cooking. There will be one shelf assigned to you in the refrigerator and freezer as well as a shelf for your dry goods and a cabinet for your kitchen wares, plates, and cups. We like to be respectful of each others stuff. I have two large trained dogs, which are friendly and playful. They bark at night if they suspect danger or don't recognize something, not very common. Visitors you truly trust are welcomed, but we would like a few hours heads up before they come to the house. We like our privacy as i'm sure you like yours. Internet, trash service, electric, gas and water bill are included, i'd like for everyone to be cognizant of the usage. I do all repairs, if i know how before i hire someone, and maintain the property. There are three basic things we take turn to do around the house and that's throwing the trash away when the trash can is full and placing the trash bin on the street for pick up. Lastly, load, set to wash, and unload the dishwasher. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected classes.
