We're also very close to universities and hospitals where we both work as nurses! Twelve months of diligent renovating has made this space a gem. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable, boasting an updated full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Newly styled in mid-century, modern and replete with rich hardwood flooring, eclectic french glass doors, brand new stainless steel appliances, high speed WiFi, and stunning window views. It is located on the second floor and entails walking up some stairs. The staircase is a bit narrow and not recommended for guests with heavy luggage or difficulty moving up stairs. There is a 50inch TV in the living room that can be seamlessly paired with your favorite subscriptions. We are truly grateful for the feedback we have received that allows us to continue improving our home for others. This apartment is the upper north unit in our home. The entrance is located at the front of the building, which has its own punch code that will be shared upon booking. Upon entry you will see a staircase which will lead to your apartment at the top right. It has its own unique apartment code. There is also a back door which may be used as an exit if you prefer to park behind our home.
