Before moving in, any future residents with dogs are required to visit the Fairway Hills Apartments office to provide a DNA cheek swab sample for their pet. Security Deposit for all Doral Units are $500.00 (Deposit is based off credit score, please call the Fairway Hills Management office if you have any questions) IMPORTANT: The $50 Application Fee can only be paid by check or cash.
