3919 Doral Dr Apartments

In our Doral apartments we except large dogs or cats. The limit is 2 and the pet deposit is $100 non-refundable. They are 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms. They are 1150 square feet. There are four apartments per building and each apartment has a garage with a storage room. There are no elevators in these buildings. The 4 apartments share a washer and dryer that is free for the residents to use. The rent for the apartments is $1060 and that includes all utilities except for electricity. The rent also includes basic cable, a garage space and storage room. The security deposit is $200 and application fee is $25 per person. We would need the security deposit, a completed application and proof of income for us to hold the apartment for you. Pet rent is $12 on dogs only. We would do a 6 or 12 month lease. Residents have access to over 9 acres of grounds, with walking trails, an outdoor pool and hot tub and playground area. We have a party house and guest suites that are available to residents. We do not have a gym on the property but do have an agreement set up with a local gym in town called the Weight Room where you would pay us $10 a month for each person to have unlimited access to the gym.
