The kitchen has nice cabinet space with a good amount of countertops and a cute pantry for storage. Both bedrooms are a good size fitting a queen size bed and both have closets. The bathroom is very large with a tub shower/combination. This apartment has its own central heating and AC. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including cable and internet which the provider at this property is Midco. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $95. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
