Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer and garbage is through the city of Mitchell. Gas and Electricity is through NorthWestern Energy. Any desired cable and internet would be through Midco. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
