There is a large fenced in back yard, with a decent amount of trees that creates some nice shade during the heat of the day. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
