Both bedrooms are upstairs, they are a good size with nice sized closets. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. The backyard is very large. There is a driveway on the south side of the property. Tenant pays all utilities. Pet deposit is $750 with $25 pet rent per animal Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
