This house is in Bridgewater 30 miles east of Mitchell. There are two large bedrooms with deep closets and a full bath on the second floor. Main floor has an office or child's bedroom with a 1/2 bath, living & dining with the kitchen. Basement is man cave and laundry. Huge lot with three full city lots Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. In regards to the City of Bridgewater utility of water & sewer....there is a mandatory $250 deposit due at time of sign up for the service. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
