This house is right next to Interstate 90 at Exit 350. One bedroom on main floor and three bedrooms on 2nd floor. New block basement with tile and sump, high efficiency propane furnace, and electrical breaker system. This is an older home with some updates. The house with some other buildings are enclosed by a fence on about 1.5 acres, this can be rented for $1,500 a month. There is an older well which has not been used in years, plus rural water. All tenants who we have rented to have used the rural water. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added onto the monthly rent. There are 14 acres at the site but the rent of these acres would need to be a separate negotiation. There are numerous fruit trees inside the fence with the house. A neighboring property owner desires to use the rural water from the house. He is willing to make a very favorable deal with the tenants to access this water during times of drought. Who ever rents the house needs to be willing to allow this access to the water for the livestock. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
