We are a pet friendly community which allows up to 2 pets per unit. Pets are considered dogs and cats. There is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, for 1 pet; $500.00 for 2 pets.. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 per pet. Restricted breeds are not allowed. Pet fees are due at move-in. For those with multiple pets, your total pet fees due will be adjusted prior to move-in.
