The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, closet with blanket and extra pillows, and a 45" flat-screen TV with premium cable, as well as an en suite bath with a huge stand-up shower and beautiful bronze high-end finishes. The open-plan living/kitchen/dining area is flooded with natural light from vaulted ceilings and skylights. The kitchen has granite countertops, all modern appliances, and high-end finishes. There is a large and comfy sectional sofa, leather lounge chair and ottoman, a large dining table with seating for 4, and additional bar stool seating for 3 adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs in the loft suite, you will find a king-size bed with premium mattress, twin bed with a concealed trundle, walk-in closet, and additional en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and premium fixtures and vanity. One dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots, and the parking pass must be displayed. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the tennis courts for any additional vehicle. Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. The world-famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south, and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
