The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home, and there is a dining table for 4 with additional bar stool seating. The comfy living room has 2 couches, a 65" smart TV with premium cable and streaming options, and there is great Wi-Fi at 100+ MBPS speeds. A private patio offers your own personal spot for enjoying the breeze in the evening. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. The apartment is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. A minimum age of 25 is required to book.
