Dogs and Cats Allowed

We are a pet friendly community at The Laurel! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $400.00 pet fee for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $25.00 for the first pet and $35 for the second pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow
