Located in its own private community, guests have access to a serene, quiet location, its own complex pool overlooking the Lowcountry marsh, a designated outdoor area to grill, and a community dock for fishing and kayaking. This end-unit, first-floor unit has a bright open space living area. The living room has a comfortable sectional, large flat-screen TV with cable services, ample seating, recessed LED lighting, and incredible marsh views. A dining table off the living area seats four. The kitchen features granite, new appliances, some kitchen stools, ample cookware and serveware, and a carafe and K-cup coffeemaker. With incredible views of the Kiawah River, the master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with dresser, hanging clothes rack, dresser, chair, and en-suite bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom features an oversized shower, large vanity, and toilet. The guest bedroom features two additional beds, a queen and a twin, nightstand, chair, closet, and full bathroom with tub shower combo. Guests love the Lowcountry breeze off the water as they lounge on the porch with comfy seating off the dining area. A stackable washer and dryer is within the unit for the convenience of our guests. A few laundry pods are provided. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
