Inside the villa, a bright and airy open floor plan includes a dining area, a stocked coffee bar with a wine refrigerator, a kitchen, and a living room area. The coastal kitchen boasts new quartz countertops, modern appliances, a garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating. The entertaining area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool, featuring a new area rug, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large screen smart TV, a vintage record player, a separate desk space, and ample lighting. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed with a new mattress, ample closet and dresser space, his and her sinks, and an en-suite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, blackout curtains, ample soft lighting, a bone inlay accent table, and a comfortable chair. The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed and a bathroom off the hallway that connects to this bedroom, allowing it to be converted into an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area off the main hallway includes a full-size washer and dryer, and a large blow-up mattress is stored here for additional guests who may wish to stay in the living room area.
