Coming soon: Rent a town home located near Manchester Village in Rock Hill, South Carolina. A queen sized bed with freshly washed sheets, towels, wash cloths, night stand, and a television are already provided in the master suit and awaiting your arrival. If you would like an empty master bedroom, all furnishings can be removed at no charge. The second bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished upon request (one week notice needed). You have access to a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and stove in the downstairs kitchen. Paper plates and plastic utensils are provided. Please use your own private pots. No pets allowed. No events allowed. The living room is unfurnished so you are free to use your own furnishings if desired. I am looking for a quiet, calm month-to-month renter of whom can stay for as many consecutive months as desired.
