Hi, We have furnished bedroom available immediately in a shared room rental house in the Newport area of Rock Hill, SC. The house is still relatively new (2012), and the private bedrooms and shared common areas are all beautifully furnished. Please read the full description, including restrictions, before calling. To avoid scammers and protect the safety of other tenants in the house, a background check is required before viewing the room. After doing the background check, you can view the room and meet housemates, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease. This bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, and a desk. You share the bathroom with one other tenant. The base price of this room is $675/month. In addition to the base price, there is a $100/month expense for your share of the utilities, high-speed Internet, and administration. The base prices mentioned above assume an annual lease. Shorter lease terms are available for a slightly higher monthly rate: +$25 for 9 month terms, +$50 for 6 month terms, +$75 for 3 month terms, or +$100 for 3 months followed by month-to-month.
