This condo is located on the second floor of a raised beach building, so you will have two sets of stairs to reach the front door. Summer Place B6 is fully furnished and includes all utilities, including wireless internet! The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private restroom. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. This condo is nonsmoking, and rents to adults over the age of 25 only. This unit is available for rent starting now through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1,295 per month, and the security deposit is $1,295. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog, breed restrictions do apply.
