The kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker*, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. All of our apartments are sunny and super clean, non-smoking, and have front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. We promise to make your experience fun, stress free, and most of all unforgettable! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Security deposit of $1,595.00 is due with your signed 12-month lease. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to half a month's rent.
