The main level of the two level townhome includes a large living space, breakfast area with a 6 person dining table, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the coastal inspired furniture and décor, the living room includes a 55 inch mounted TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The main level also has a half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, laminate and tile floors and a door leading to the outside patio. Upstairs includes laminate flooring and two large bedrooms with queen size beds, lots of closet and storage space, smart TV’s with streaming services as well as a full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features built-in bunk beds with individual lighting and outlets for gadgets or tablets. The townhome is located right across the street from Grand Dunes resort where a beach lifeguard is on-duty at all times during the summer and an ice cream truck stops every single day - a highlight for your family's little ones and adults every year! The rental is available on a monthly basis to enjoy in January (starting January6) and February.
