Feel at home in this beautifully furnished condo at Myrtle Beach Resort, offering oceanfront, park, and low ocean views. Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33-acre oceanfront resort offering 700 feet of white sandy beaches. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishware, cookware, and utensils. Amenities include a water park with a 375-foot lazy river, a wet deck with a bucket dump, the Grand Strand's largest oceanfront swimming pool, a kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain, and a large 12 person hot tub. Parking is available, but only two vehicles per reservation are permitted. There is a fee of $20 for a pass to park. Additional vehicles and/or visitors require contacting your host for parking pass arrangements and additional fees. There is now a fee of $5 per day for a parking pass. The condo is located at Myrtle Beach Resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the condo or on the balcony, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. If smoking occurs, a minimum charge of $300 will be assessed to your stay. Any and all smoking must occur outside of the building in the designated smoking areas. No burning of candles or incense of any kind is allowed. Do not put coffee grinds or food of any kind in sink drains; discard coffee grinds in the trash bin only. Eating in bed or on the couch is prohibited, as stains on linens may result in extra cleaning fees. Animals of any kind are prohibited. One or more individuals listed on the reservation must be age 23 or older. The resort does not allow renters under the age of 23. Resort security will refuse entry at the gate if you can't produce ID to match the reservation. Use of a grill inside the condo or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. No clothing, linens, or towels shall be hung from balcony railings. No use of fireworks is permitted on resort property. Excessive noise after 10 pm and before 8 am is a violation of local noise ordinance. If security is called, they may request for you to end your stay. Please make sure the condo door is securely locked each time you leave. Do not take bath towels to the beach; towels provided are not for pool/beach use. Do not run the A/C or heat at the same time the patio doors and/or windows are open. Please make sure the fan mode reads “auto” at all times. Upon check-out, set the thermostat temperature to A/C on 75 degrees in summer/warm temperatures and to heat on 69 degrees in winter/cool temperatures.
