Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction, with a $100 penalty for exceeding the maximum number of occupants. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
