The Boardwalk Resort offers an outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a lazy river, and a whirlpool. A free parking space is available at the property for a maximum of 1 car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available. Enjoy a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center are a short walk or ride away. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Construction is scheduled to begin nearby soon, and guests may experience intermittent noise during the day, including several days of metal work, followed by ongoing construction activity and concrete truck noise starting in March. A covered beach access walkway will be provided on the south end during this time. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
