While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine.
