Feel at home in this all-inclusive condo in a laid-back, family-friendly community. This split-level condo offers privacy, with one bedroom and bath on each floor. The condo boasts an open living space and a stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are on their own floors, each with a private en-suite bath. The lofted suite on the upper floor has a walk-in closet, and you can enjoy breakfast on your private balcony with a pool view. Linens are provided for all beds, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. A roll of paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, laundry pods, and dish pods are also provided. Beach towels are not provided. Backpack-style beach chairs are available to rent through a link after booking. Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is in the middle of Surfside Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles. The Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are nearby. Additional restaurants and shopping are in the Market Common. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is 15 minutes away, but a car is recommended. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age requirement to book is 25. Occupancy may not exceed 5, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Please treat the home and grounds with respect. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans. No flammable fluids or hazardous materials are permitted. Do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, or chairs. Park anywhere in front of the building.
