Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is in the middle of Surfside Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles. The Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are nearby. Additional restaurants and shopping are in the Market Common. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is 15 minutes away, but a car is recommended. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age requirement to book is 25. Occupancy may not exceed 5, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Please treat the home and grounds with respect. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans.
