There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted.
